To celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Stobart Group, the UK channel Five are currently broadcasting a documentary series ‘Stobarts: Trucks & Trailers’ which follows the brand’s truckers in their daily working life. The final episode of a six-part series will be broadcast at 8pm on Friday 29 October featuring the MERCEDES GP PETRONAS team.

You can follow the guys as they assist with our preparations for the Belgian Grand Prix at the factory and on the road to Spa. To catch this exclusive footage from the factory and get a better understanding of the hard work that goes on behind-the-scenes, make sure to tune into Five at 8pm tomorrow!

surely worth a watch if your a fan of F1 even if you dont support mercedes GP

Cheers Arknor. Just put it onto record now. As I'll forget otherwise.

The only time i've ever seen this programme is when Harry Hill takes the mick. :rotfl: But as it has F1 in it, then i'll take it seriously!

Saw it tonight. Was o.k. Over dramatic though. Stuff like "we'll the team make it in time" And a nightmare when the lorry wheel hit a kerb.

I pasted this topic under transporters earlier in the week but perhaps it deserves a new topic.

A dream job described by two of Eddie Stobart's truck drivers delivering 2 F1 Mercedes Petronas in this year's championship, in particular to the Belgian GP.

Heart stopping stuff! Shame the rear end blanked off that's F1 I suppose. Interesting film showing background stuff.
