Massa could go to jail if he let's Alonso past again...

So hyperthetically what happens if Button moves over for Hamilton? Will this guy prosecute? Or is he just picking on Massa?

And if a driver like Button say's he can't let his team mate past because of these rules, should the FIA review the Alonso/ Massa overtake? Or perhaps Massa could be prosecuted by another team if their driver loses by less than 7 points?

What a farce. It's time the FIA found a way to get this right. Maybe we need to consider some form of seperation between the drivers and the teams.....
