There seems to be a lot of influence from March to Penske and vice-versa!

ATS bought March's FOCA rights, space in the factory, and some of
Robin Herd's time... Wonder if there were still any March or March-like bits
on the '78 ATS?

Penske’s American designer Don Cox came over to the UK & developed the PC3 design with Geoff Ferris, based on the March but with the PC1 rear end, according to DCN’s History of the GP Car.Originally posted by Frank de Jong
