I was speaking to a friend of the family who was born in Poland, and she remembered her mother going to watch motorcycle races on a street track in Gdynia before WW2. She didn't remember any cars racing there though. Were there car races there? Does anyone know anything at all about the circuit?

Before WW2 in Gdynia raced only motorcycles.
Near Gdynia took place only one auto race - Wyscig o Puchar Baltyku (Baltic Cup).

Category race: Henryk Liefeldt (Austro Daimler) 3m04s330 = 136,7 km/h
Category sport: Jerzy Widawski (Austro Daimler) 3m14s620 = 129,6 km/h
Category tourist: Maria Kozmian (Austro Daimler) 3m40s470 = 114,3 km/h


After WW2 in 1957 on Gdynia's streets took place the second round of the Polish racing championship.

Class 750: Stanislaw Jablonski (SAM-BMW 750)
Class 1300: Konstanty Krajewski (SAM-Simca Flash)
