Hi guys

In light of the racing on Saturday at Zwartskops in south Africa, I meet up with Jim redmen and David Piper, and the sad part of it is that I do not know anything about the two racers other than that Jim Redmen is a 6 time motor bike world champ and David Piper raced the 9 Hour at kyalami and won it a few times but other than that I am at a blank.

Does anybody know of Grand Prix motor bike sites that have results of the world championship results and other facts and data about David Piper.

Thanks

Redman also won 6 TTs : http://www.iomtt.com...sp?Ride_id=1847

The only time I saw him was at Cadwell in 1962 or '63. Riding a strange-sounding bike, he won both of the 250cc races by about half a lap.

Quintin

I look forward to see David on Saturday in Cape Town. I have several magazine articles on him, so it will be no problem to copy and post to you. In Saturday's Cape Argus there also was a nice article on David.

I also have articles on Redman and results on his races.

Let me know...

For bikes, try the archive section at http://motogp.tiscal...otogp/index.htm.

For David Piper, try the Sportcar Race History Form at http://wsrp.wz.cz.

Enjoy
