What was the 'Coppa Milano San Remo'? I know of races in both cities,but not one connecting the two,or for cars in photos.

As far as I'm aware, it's a modern "retro" event

The event was held for the first time in 1906, then from 1929 to 1973, following the same route that many tourists from Milan were used to covering to reach the sunny coasts of Liguria (and they still do!).
