If I may be excused another piece of promotion for a supposedly 'commercial' (ha ha) product, my colleague David Weguelin is just issuing 'Motorfilms Quarterly Volume 11', nicely in time for Christmas.
This Volume includes home movie black-and-white footage of both the 1938 French and Donington GPs, home-movie 16mm (great quality) colour of the 1947 BRDC British Empire Trophy and Manx Cup races from Douglas, Isle of Man - see the Parnell Challenger in all its, ahem, glory - Part 2 of 'The Diesel Race Car' movie covering the exploits of Freddie Agabashian and the Cummins Diesel at Indy, 1952, in colour - a Standard-Triumph colour film covering the 1963 Sebring 12-Hours, TR4s but also 250Ps, Cobras, Corvettes, all manner of machines - and a fine quality black-and-white movie entitled 'Thoroughbreds All' centred upon the 1950 Alpine Rally...
All back volumes are also available and subscriptions could make a welcome Christmas present perhaps? All VHS and DVD Volumes now play both PAL and American NTSC systems, I am assured.
For details take a look at <www.motorfilms.com>???
Apologies for the blatant commercial...but I thought a majority of you might just like to know...

Sounds good to me too. But how many more Alpine Rally films are there?
