Grand Prix (the movie) on Irish TV

The movie "Grand Prix" is on the Irish language TV channel (TG4) on St Stephen's Day (Boxing Day) No sure is it’s in Gaelic!! :drunk:

Thanks for that Cappo :clap: , I hadn't picked that up in the schedules. TG4 often shows good movies in their original language (English, French, German, whatever), I guess the advertising revenue from the movie slots helps pay for the rest of the Irish language programmes.

I can just imagine James Garner talking in Irish - and as for Toshiro Mifune and Adolfo Celi (they both had to be dubbed anyway).

"Gabh sli as Scott" (transalates as Get out of Scott's way)

My Irish is very ropey these days so someoneone will no doubt correct me.

What's the Irish for - "You were only supposed to blow the bloody doors off".


Does anyone have news as to how far away is the release of "Grand Prix" on DVD?
