With quite a few people going for the absent Rovanpera and the Subaru team having massive problems, we had another relatively low scoring round (only Greece and Argentina saw a lower average score) where the field was a bit upside down. The championship top three ended up the bottom three in this round! The surprise winner...me! McBastard makes a good comeback after having missed the last round and grabs second together with dnbn.
In the championship Mak seems to be running away with the title, having a healthy 17 point lead with two rounds to go. Behind him the battle for second rages. Ric Bol doubled his lead on Schuting Star to two, while dnbn's good round put him just 4 behind Schuting.
One remark : analysis of past results revealed that both mikko-ville (Cyprus) and RX-7 (Turkey) had been awarded 10 points too many in the championship. This has been reverted to the actually scored points.
Awarding points for each guess gives the following expected result:
1. Loeb 86 (22,05%)
2. Solberg 85 (21,79%)
3. Gronholm 54 (13,85%)
4. Sainz 48 (12,31%)
5. Martin 45 (11,54%)
6. Duval 38 (9,74%)
7. Hirvonen 11 (2,82%)
8. Rovanpera 8 (2,05%)
9. Robert 7 (1,79%)
10. Loix 3 (0,77%)
=. Gardemeister 3 (0,77%)
12. Panizzi 1 (0,26%)
=. Sarrazin 1 (0,26%)

49 hours to go.
For those who are just passing by, roaming around without a real purpose in life now the F1 games are over, you can join! The title may not be up for grabs for new participants, but there are 2 more rounds to be won!!
