I have that one, it's very good indeed - written by Philip Newsome, published by Studio Publications in HK in 1993, ISBN 9627460052. Loads of pictures, good text and absolutely fantastic on Macau in the 50s and 60s with local characters, heroes from Down Under and the odd superstar dropping in.

I think Newsome has done a glossier and more recent book on Macau too.

Yes, it is Colour and Noise. Author is Philip Newsome, published by Studio Publications of Hong Kong. First edition was 1993, but there was a subsequent one, I think in 2003.

Copies of the first edition start at about $50 US secondhand, so not cheap, but it's a very lavish production.

It's actually a project with most of the World Champion, for charity as well. The project is on progress, once its really, we will announce! Mr. Patrese has do us a huge favour.
