He was caught practicing for the Singapore GP, the first night race, and also a street race.

Can't be for real. Otherwise maybe, but his new set of wheels is suposed to be a modified Fiat 500. That was LdM's gift for him according to Iltasanomat.

DC once said that the "public" Kimi might be dead from his feet up personality wise, but in private he's totally different!
Apparently, him, Räikkönen and Button spent a lot of time together in 2004. They barbequed together in the evenings during the GP-weekends.

Kimi hold party with friends at Levi (Finnish ski resort in Lapland). He had private cabinet made for party, own peace officer to keep outsiders away, own bartender to serve them. Few lucky peeps got his autograph.

Original plan was to come at Levi support Kalle Palander's alpine skiing event, but competition was cancelled week ago. Kimi anyway stick with plan and went at there to have good time.

Nothing special, no goofing around with willy or gorilla suit. :)

Didn't DC also say something similar about Mika Hakkinen, and that most of it was just an act to get out of boring sponsor meetings and away from irritating journalists.

25-year-old Valentina Gioia, who claims to have met the Ferrari-driving Finn in a Milan nightclub a year ago, told the gossip magazine 'Star+TV' that she called off the relationship when she discovered that Raikkonen is in fact married.

"Once we were walking near his house in Zurich and Kimi saw a giant photo of his rival Alonso. He climbed the billboard and ripped it down," Gioia is quoted as saying.

She continued: "When I met him I didn't even know who he was. He reminded me of a boy-band singer.

"I saw all his trophies in his house and he proudly showed me the steering wheel of his former team, McLaren.

"On another occasion I went with him to a grand prix. I was hidden in the hotel.

"Eventually I discovered that he was married. I was watching a race on TV when they said something about his wife Jenni.

"I called everything off, I threw away his gifts. It is over; I was heartbroken.

"In June I saw him again in Milan in a restaurant. I was with my boyfriend and he with somebody else."

Here is the link for that story

Unfortunately you don't destroy all the evidence and, a year later after Kimi is the world champion claim you had an affair.

She thought he was from a boys ban, with the way he speaks, that discredits the whole story! :rotfl:

I don't buy these kiss-and-tells. I have already read such about Alonso and Hamilton as well. There's one thing in common in them: all of them are so out of character for that driver that it discredits the story in itself.

Kimi's manager said on MTV3, that they have already started legal action against the women.

This another reason Kimi doesn't like the press. They've made up a few stories about him and he doesn't like it one bit, so he doesn't bother talking to them much.

And then Alain Prost got involved and Kimi punched him in the face.

Nope. I heard it was Michael Schumacher, who was there to have Round 2 against Kimi, with the same plastic toy hammers they used in that serious brawl few years ago. Then Kimi ran naked on streets, despite of being in different country at the same time.

Poor Kimi you cant really blame him for disliking the press, and not talking to them. He is a racing driver not a movie star.

You just need to go out to the same places in Helsinki when they're partying with their friends (and without their spouses, which is 99% of the time) and you'll see.

For those interested, according to Iltalehti Gioia´s story has more holes than Swiss cheese.

http://www.iltalehti...857129_vi.shtml

Eg Gioia claims KR took her with him to Imola GP of 2006, and they spent the night together in hotel.

In reality, KR took Jenni with him to that GP, as shown by TV cams. After the race KR & Jenni left together to their home in Switzerland...as KR had tests in Silverstone awaiting.

Gioia also claims he was in KR´s house 8 times. It had at least 3 bedrooms and big swimming pool. According to her there were no belongings of Jenni...

In reality, that "big swimming pool" is not so big:

http://kuvat.iltaleh...oilee1Mh_vi.jpg

Also, according to Jenni their Swiss home is the place where she spends most of her time. So, it is reasonable to assume she has some belonging there.

Gioia says he left Kimi in August 2006, after seeing Kimi´s wife (Jenni) among spectators in F1 TV broadcast.

In reality, there were two F1 races in August 2006: Turkey and Hungary. However, there is no footage of Jenni being around in either of these events.

I don´t really care about gossip or KR´s personal life for that matter, but I despise people who try to make money by telling lies. Hopefully KR sues that wannabe-celeb, and her backers (according to Ilta-Sanomat, not so nice chap named Fabrizio Corona). This "kiss and tell" stuff is getting boring.

I meant about Kimi climbing a billboard and ripping off Alonso posters. That is simply not Kimi!

The Kimster's private life is his private life, luckily I think the most F1 fans care about the racing.

Ts say that heikki kulta is going to write a book about this year´s championship battle

Turun Sanomat's F1 reporter Heikki Kulta collects Ferrari driver Kimi Räikkönen's storylike F1 season on book form. The book will review the season behind the scenes, the drama, action and the excitement with photos, graphics and full standings.

Kulta has previously made a similar book about Mika Häkkinen's 2001 season, called 'Grand Prix of Agony'.

"It was pretty depressive book, as Häkkinen's season was a disaster and turned out to be his last too," says Kulta.

"Räikkönen's book will be completely different thanks to this season - an exciting thriller with storylike ending."

Based on Räikkönen's battle for WDC, the book will be large, as it includes every Grand Prix of the season. "Every single one of them could be worth a book," Kulta says.

Kulta, who has been following F1 for 30 years, is only active Finnish newspaper reporter, who is going to every race of the season.

"I write with blue-white eyes, but my collegues do the same. I'm proud to be only one who believed in the miracle until the end," smiles Kulta

The 2007 season will be remembered from it's exciting moments, which lasted until the last race. Räikkönen closed the gap to Lewis Hamilton, which seemed to be almost impossible and rose from challenger to champion in the final race of the season.

"As far as I remember, this is the most coloured season of them all. Now we had 2 even teams fighting for the championship, and both teams had 2 even drivers. Additionally, we had all kinds of espionage scandals to mix it up," Kulta reviews.

Previously Kulta has said that the most remarkable moment in his press career was when TPS (Turku's football club) won against Inter Milan in Uefa Cup in 1987, but now F1 Season 2007 will beat it.

"Kimi's championship was even more storylike than Mika Aaltonen's goal," Kulta adds.

I think it will be an intersting book because Kimi himself doesn't say much.

Is this book going to examine Spygate and its role in the WDC outcome?

Any serious book about Raikkonen should mention a secret agreement between the FIA, McLaren and Ferrari as the most likely reason for such a weird result to the championship. Otherwise the book is going to be typical fanboy crap. :

How are you not banned yet? Is there anyone in the world who could give less credit to KR? I hope you know your posts are so beyond ridiculous, that Im sure most think you must be playing a parody or something.

All the books will read Kimi Raikkonen, 2007 WDC, most wins, most points. Man this is so precious, hope it really really hurts that Kimi won the WDC. Keep inventing the stories, the rest of us will keep on laughing! Your right up there with dan2k & Vrba!

I know it made form the real picture of KR, but it is obvious there was a formidable effort put to make him look like *someone else*. Whatever is left doesn't look like KR at all.

Thats clearly YOUR opinion. I dont concur at all. I see no resemblence of Senna on that pic, nor efforts to make him look like anyone else. All the features on the face are that of KR IMO.

Although if your remember, you only need to take a look at HSJ's signature to realise that apparently KR and Senna have similar look atleast according to Sergio Rinland;

"I looked in his eyes and I thought 'I've seen this look before. And I know where I saw that look before. And it gave me goosebumps when I remembered that look. It was Senna." --Sergio Rinland on Räikkönen, December 2001

Funnily enough the most distinguished features that stand out as Kimi to me on that pic... :D

Perhaps you should not have worded your "opinion" so strongly earlier on;
