Shame as SA showed a lot of early promise, hopefully the new owners can bring some money to help the team develope. At least it means we still have 11 teams.

the autosport article is clearer and also states for clarity:
The team did not specify the degree of involvement of the Magma Group.

While Aguri Suzuki calls Magma a partner. Presumably they've either sold some shares or the whole thing with the deal to keep the name and management.

Doesn't quite yet seem to be bye bye Super Aguri.

we have reached agreement with Magma Group regarding the acquisition of the Super Aguri F1 Team

It's a little confusing at the moment. Acquisition sounds like a complete takeover, but it could leave all the present team in place. I just hope it brings money to the team to move them up the grid. There isnt a huge amount of scope for fights at the front, but the mid-field could produce some good battles.

perhaps a majority shareholding?

perhaps that sentence was intended one word longer - 'shares' - being the word.

Or perhaps: Force of Magma F1 Team or FOM F1.

Perhaps Magma is not only pronounced like Dr Evil, but is owned by him too?

Imagine if Super Aguri/Magma manages to do the same as last year: Outstcoring the Honda factory team for a good part of the year in the season standings....
But with Ross Brown at Honda nowadays I can't see Honda doing as lousy as last year....
