Hi all , new to this great site .

could be dumb question or the wrong section, but can anyone tell me the music that they play at the end of the race after the national athems that is

That'll be "The March of the Toreadors", from Bizet's "Carmen".

It crops up a few times in "Carmen", including in the overture. It is the lead-in piece of music for "The March of the Toreadors".

(I took part in a production of "Carmen" a few years ago).
