It's amazing how many people comment on and contribute to my little Greenwood Roadway website. Recently I heard from a fellow named Craig Mossberg who contributed some pictures he took when he was 15 and attended the USRRC race. I for one love these snapshot kind of photos, you never know what you're going to get or what iteresting things will show up in the background of the intended subject.

Gary I agree. And really not bad photos considering. I think I recognize the format of the prints as being from the Kodak Brownie like my mom had growing up. CDB

I've seen quite a few pictures from that vantage point, I always thought it was one of these two spots but I could be wrong. Of the two, I favor the second one. They ran the course clockwise.
I have some 8mm video, I'll try to confirm this. The trees have grown up so much around the track that it is really hard to match up the vintage scenes.
