I just know TNF can come up with an answer this one...
During the seventies, Max Stahl had a lot of correspondence with Stew. He particularly remembers him getting into court cases about circuit noises. You all know, those started by people who've moved into an area where there's been a track for decades and then start complaining?
He also published a regular newsletter about speedway, which was his forte, while he helped circuit owners with publicity and marketing.
So does anyone know where he is now?
Or even where he's been since?
Stew Reamer - publicist, journo, marketing man... where is he now?

I believe he is writing a column periodically for National Speed Sport News.

Well that's a good start, thanks... Max will be glad to hear that when he gets up in the morning...
Anything further, anyone?

Tom beat me to it...
Ray, I don't know if Stew is still involved with Racing Promotion Monthly or not.
Since you mentioned Stew, touching on the Speed's Ultimate Price thread, I believe it was Stew who described the Charlotte Observer piece on racing fatalities as "a hatchet job".

I fully expected an answer from you, Jim, thanks...
Now to dig up contact details and see if Max can re-establish contact.
What was the go with this Charlotte Observer piece?
