Thank you, Rob.

Don Nichols imported this Parnelli Jones's Lola to Japan.
He tried to sell to Japanese but failed.
And he attended 1967 Japanese GP as a driver.
This was my first race which I was a spectator.
He added special roof to meet Group 6 regulation.
But its coloring was same as in US.

Sorry I have no pictures because I did not have camera at that time.

Is this the car? (#14 in the center of the various photos.):

It has the Riverside paint scheme, no roof but it has a full height windshield and large roll hoop.

Yes, car No.14 was driven by Don Nichols.
But he used different name, R. Clark.
And this machine was modified in Japan.

Lovely translation Jay.

Is a "roller" the same as a Lola??????

Maybe I should call my T70 a Roller from now on, sounds much better than a Lola.............
