Hello,

my name is Jan Walther and i'm a new user in this forum.

I life in Germany and I'm very interested in pre war racing. At present I'm looking for all informations about the

"BergprĆ¼fungsfahrt Oberwiesenthal",

(hillclimb with motorbikes and cars to the top of the Fichtelberg), organized by the ADAC Sachsen/Chemnitz. The race were startet in the years from 1924 until 1929.

The most famous drivers at this event were Huldreich HeuƟer (winner 1926/27 on Steyr) and Hans-Joachim von Morgen (winner 1929 on Amilcar).

Is anybody there to help me with some starting- or resultlists, fotos or other information??

Thank You very much

Jan Walther

Does nobody has some information to this event?

Today I find a new information, Georg"Schorsch"Meier has started at this race. I'm not sure, but I think with a BMW motorbike. But I don't know the year and also not the result.

Maybe somebody knows more???

If somebody has interest for that, I still have some photos from the 1926 and 1927 race ( cars and also bikes).
