A friend of mine is writing a book about left-handed people. Does somebody has a list of left-handed drivers in Formula One.

So do I, but I'm a righty, I eat left handed too.

As well as Senna, Johnny Herbert, Jenson Button and Karl Wendlinger are meant to be lefties according to a quick search on google.
