Does any TNFer have a programme from the 1921 French GP. It took place at Le Mans on 25 July 1921 ?

If so, could you please post an scan as I cannot find an image of the programme cover anywhere on the web.

I posted this request last month when a 1921 French GP programme appeared, in of all places, on a football (soccer) programmes postal auction. Undeterred by the lack of response, I went ahead and bid, sucessfully as it turned out.

So here it is - in all it's a 24 page issue with heavy card covers. Complete with the original owner's ticket for the Tribunes (see first photo) and a set of six advertising postcards (still attached) for Zenith carbs and Huile de Colombes. The entry pages are complete but only list the make of the cars - but there is space for the drivers' names to be added. I have included the Delage advert from the inside cover.

Happy man, compliments and thank you for sharing. Some 15 years ago at the what we call in France flea-market (where people sell used things), an old woman sold me the 1924 ACF programme and the 1937 Monaco one. As I bought the two she lowered the price and I paid the equivalent of 1£ !! The ACF programme is superb, the changes of drivers in Fiat and Sunbeam teams are pen signaled and the lap chart is fully hand written! Exceptionnal in fact and not to sell!

For those familiar with the pits and grandstands at Le Mans over the last few decades (I first went in 1977) here's the map of the Tribunes in 1921.

1£ for the 1924 ACF and 1937 Monaco programme !?
Well, as a collector, this must be the ultimate thrill, to be able to buy something really exceptional from someone who has absolutely no idea of what's it worth !
I should have given the poor lady at least 10£ :) just kidding
Lucky man ! ;)
