Great news! I'm in the process of rebuilding 347 which was racing in the Caribbean right into the 90s. It was shipped here by Alec Poole in '74 who bought it from Boreham in '73. I'd really like to chat with you some more about the cars, my restoration has been a very interesting trip through history. Please e-mail me at greg@huzier.com

Beautiful work there and an incredibly exciting car. I recall when Paul Fahey brought his FVA to New Zealand (updated through to BDA eventually) and took on the big American V8s with it. Very very exciting racing.

I have a Minichamps 1/43 scale model of the identical, apart from the reg No XOO 149F, Escort.
Box details...GP der Tourenwagen Nurburgring 1968. Arundell/Muir.

Yup, I'm in Barbados. I'm hoping it will be done by the end of this year. Mine still has all the original vents in the rear panel that are blocked on yours. Could you send me pics of the interior of your roof and the inner wheel arches?
