Just think, they paid them to write it. I just checked, but I can't find the belt that drives my engine, the one that holds my trousers up, but not the one that turns my crankshaft.

LOL. I'm not sure what my favorite quote from the article is. It's between that one, the belt/steam quote, and the following which implies that turbo engines simultaneously cause underbody sparks and shred tires:

"And as turbo development increased, the circuit was transformed into a rev-head's heaven, with showers of sparks and shredded tires from the gutsy new cars."

I feel bad for those two women but this seems to be not unlike most news you read. If you know anything about the situations being discussed, you're often left shaking your head wondering what the hell they're talking about or where they received their information. This is a wonderful example.

After digesting the information for a while I got it. Someone explained the difference between a blower and a turbo to them.

They got it.

Someone forgot to explaini those go attached to and engine though.
