Has anyone an accurate start list for the Le Mans Test Day on 9th April 1960. The information in "Time and Two Seats" is not always correct regarding the tests. I have visited the ACO archives in Le Mans and their records of the tests are incomplete too.

The provisional entry list - normally issued January/February would also be of help as this formed the basis on which the cars were numbered.

I'm trying to compile complete lists for 1959 to 1974 and get photographs of some of the weird looking bodywork that appeared.

If any one can tell me how to post a MS Works or Excel database on this site I'll share my research.

i don't think that i can help much with the Le Mans test entries (oops), but on the other hand i have suggestions about posting images of the spreadsheet... you can take a "picture" of the spreadsheet by doing a screen capture. if you're on windows, hit "printscreen", then go to a drawing program (microsoft paint, PSP, photoshop, you name it) hit "ctrl+V" -- paste -- and that should give you a capture of your screen which you can then crop to your liking...

or if you're on mac OS x, there is an application in your "applications-->utilities" folder called "grab", which has more or less the same function, easy to use... i don't know offhand of solutions for linux or mac os 9, sorry

once you have the image of your spreadsheet, it's the same as for a regular image, get it hosted, and voila!

Where two times are quoted normally reliable sources have disagreed.

Any contemporary reports from magazines other than Autocar, Motor, Autosport, Motor Sport, Sport Auto (F) or L'Equipe would be appreciated.
