Could anybody confirm the number of 1950 Temporada races? Were there 4 or 5 races?

So, there is a mistake:

"By 1950, revenge time, Villoresi and Ascari won two apiece, whilst the fifth one (in Rafaela) fell to Fangio"

As I can understand Rafaela race wasn't counted neither in 1950 nor in 1951 Temporada season

I have the race at Rafaela during 1950 only on December 24. Fangio won in a Talbot T26C from two other Talbots.

Arguably, you could include the 1950 Rafaela race as part of the 1951 Temporada (as the December 1949 BA race is incorporated under 1950)
But as there was only one non-Argentine driver at Rafaela, Rosier, it doesn't really qualify
Mind you, having said that, Lang and Kling were - IIRC - the only European drivers in the two 1951 BA races

The Rafaela race was not part of any Temporada, but an edition of the traditional Rafaela 500 Miles, a copy of the Indianapolis classic, that was held in Rafaela (a town in Santa Fe province, nearly 500 km from Buenos Aires) between 1926 and 1977.

It is also interesting to notice that not Fangio but Farina was initially entered in one of W163 for 1951 Temporada races. So we could see three European drivers there, but...

Before he knew that Mercedes wanted him to drive for them, Fangio was invited to advise on course design. Knowing that the cars were more suited to fast circuits with long straights, he deliberately included chicanes, which favoured the less powerful current GP cars.

After the circuits had been designed, the call came from Neubauer ....

There were 2 F2 races im 1978,and an F3 series in late 1979.

So, in 1987 (see "F3 Temporada 1987" thread) there was 'International Temporada' and not Temporada Argentina?
