Qualified cars did not start(Firestone destroyed his own Lola and 2 other already qualified cars on Carb day).
Firestone: LolaT8600-06 - withdraw, because he did not have backup(actually was, but only new tub).
Dick Simon (fastest DNQr) started instead of him.
Moreno and Snider had to start from the back of the field with replacement cars(chassis listed above).
Moreno`s qualified Lola was chassis 09 and Snider`s original #84 March was chassis 08.
Mario Andretti, started from back as well ,cause he destroyed his qualified Lola complitely on may 14. (According to 86 yearbook pg 208, Bob Laycock thought it was 02 or 03).
One more addition: Ed Pimm was definitely one DNQr at Cleveland 86 - he crashed badly during practice and injured his shoulder.
