The Blenheim was the fastest aircraft in the RAF until the introduction of the Spitfire and the Hurricane, as well as being the first British all-metal monoplane, as well as being the first RAF aircraft to be section produced by various sub-contractors, very much the standard technique today. Too bad that it was tactically misused and took a very heavy toll of the flight crews in the early parts of the war.

Ford GT Cutaway by ericok, on Flickr
I guess Ford could not be bothered with a cutaway DRAWING. They simply cut an actual Ford GT in half. It's just unfortunate that I didn't photograph the other side.

I don’t know if this has been mentioned on these pages before, but both MPC and Airfix produced a ‘transparent’ 1967 Ford J-Type GT kit. With some rather nice box-art to boot.
Here http://airfixtribute...g/about784.html
And a slightly different version/variation of the box-art here http://koolestkruzer.../t521-mpc-story Scroll down a bit for the MPC version of the Ford J-type.

I've never seen other work by him before, so maybe it is a sort of trade mark for him like Robert Roux' tilesGrass? [/i]

I'm going to keep my eye open for more of his work and/or more information about the artist. (I get the impression that some artists just end up doing the one cutaway and then perhaps move on to something else).

Saab TAJ-37 Viggen, cut schematic coach Swedish fighter wings "Canard" which gave him a very particular image, modified based on the work of Mike Badrocke to create the training version of this game, taken from the magazine Air International and uploaded by ImageShack.us

Midnight is approaching, and I don’t want to deliberately mis-inform anyone. (Just in case).

Actually, I have seen stranger vehicles created, so I did not even consider it to be an April Fools effort . Guess that makes me an easy mark, eh?

I had a 75% success rate with friends and family. My finest hour was convincing my Dad that the local Hovercraft had overshot its landing bay, had crossed the road (no one harmed) and was currently parked on the common.

I agree with Mr. Matthews ... the loss of trust is a terrible thing to observe.
I would suggest that you are sentenced to one year less a day ... although that leaves us vulnerable to this sham again next year. Maybe we should reconsider the duration.
Or just let you go with a warning ... and a big chuckle.
Thanks for risking your credibility in creating the Werkswagen.

All in the name of duty, Tom.
It actually looks like it would get up that hill quite quick, if it could only lose the rear end of that motorcycle sticking out the front.
