It reminds me 1988 (?), off-road Jelcz Rally in Poland. There was a factory Kamaz driven by Goltsov. It was absolutely awesome. Threre was a show-off special stage starting with a slalom on a parking place. For the only time in my life I saw a huge track performing a sharp turn using a hand brake - rear wheels stopped for a moment!

Telecinco, which had until last week the rights of broadcasting F1 in Spain, wanted to make a little goodbye-special. So, they asked Alonso in an interview what he thought about several pictures that were showed to him by the reporter.

In this one I think he said that it was Michael congratulating him on his 2º WDC, and that it was very special for him, and very decent of Michael, as he didn't have to, but he came to the Renault box to congratulate him.

I thought it was curious, as I later read that last sunday after the race, Alonso went to the McLaren box to congratulate Lewis. Maybe they don't hate each other that much.

and as winner of the 2008 Drivers championship I'd like to off Lewis this car as a mark of our appreciation!
