Marty Roth is some rich guy. And Mario Moraes is pay to play.

Mutoh is there on Honda-bux, but doesn't suck.

Thanks a bunch. That's the impression I had on Mutoh, there on bux but doesn't suck, I guess he's a "tweener." EJ Viso, also presumably there on Venezuela bux, appears also not to suck (finished 6th, right, with a former CHAMP car team?)

Also I agree, pretty boring, but didn't two cars manage to crash/off in the last lap? One I think was brakes, and the one in the yellow Menard's car, managed to spin off while already 1 or more laps down? Was that Carpenter BTW?

Good job/call by IRL to keep it green.

Another note, at one point I was tired of Helio, but that was a great post-race. He praised everyone except his mother! Great finish for Penske, and was Dixon pissed at his strategist or what? The TV guys tried to portray it as him vs. another driver.

The economy run seemed to work for Kanaan and Patrick.

OK, so Graham Hill was a womanizer, only a) he never gave a crude interview to a nudie magazine and b) never got caught trying to pick up a lady of the night?

Oh and he had a British accent and a nicely trimmed thin mustache (which today would be considered creepy LOL).

I think Tomas' lack of tact is only exceeded by his stupidity (or his publicist's). He's certainly not unique.

I'm editting the DVD of the race right now and first 20 minutes have the last few holes of LPGA event before switching to the race itself right before the green. Nice timing on it. Consider there's no commercials of the trace and LPGA event was overrun for 20 minutes I don't blame Indycar switch to Versus.
Pikachu Racing
Finished editting and the last 55 minutes of the race has 7 side-by-side commercial breaks including one minute of on-air racing before going to another commercial. ESPN treating Indycar as bastard stepchild. Hope Versus isn't this bad next year.

The bad part is for the league or a team trying to sell a potential sponsor....

Sponsor - "So when we talk exposure what is my business looking at?"

IRL/Team - "13 races on Versus and 5 on ABC"

Sponsor - "Wait a minute, Versus - what is that?"

IRL/Team - "It's channel 631 on expanded satelite here in Indianapolis"

?

I don't know but I heard that the Subway deal is not going to happen - as they have taken that sponsoship to either trucks or Busch.

Well it's going to be different based firstly on the provider and then on the residential location. I have a pal 2 towns over (8 miles) who has this in the 300's while mine is 151 right after the SPEED network. A few folks on the IRL main post site has it on 631 - that's where that number comes from.
