Has anyone received their Spa tickets yet? We have ordered them from the Circuit De Spa Francorchamps site, the official site and we’ve not received anything yet We have ordered direct from the circuit seven or eight times in the past and I’m pretty sure we’ve had the tickets delivered well before now


Any other Brits received their tickets yet?

No I have bought tickets from the www.spafrancorchamps.be site but they state that they will arrive in around about 10 days before the race. Obviously I'm a little nervous about that but they are not due yet. I think that they said they could not send the tickets out before then as they would not have them themselves. Fingers crossed!!

When Should I receive my tickets?
Your tickets will be sent to you at least one week before the Grand Prix. While awaiting receipt of your tickets, you must keep the confirmation e-mail sent to you when you place the order. Your login and password will enable on-line consultation of the status of your order.

Good news, they arrived yesterday via UPS

Yip expect I missed the delivery twice as I was out working

I've arranged to get them tomorrow though. Really cannot wait!

I think the organisers leave delivery until the latest moment possible to cause worry on as many people as possible! I ordered my tickets for last years race back in June and didn't get my tickets until two days before the race. Touch and go and I feared the worst but it was all good in the end.

I have just discovered from the circuit office that it is far from an official site; is, in fact, an agent called Tellus who based in the Netherlands, but masquerades as being in Belgium and hence the .be domain. Have tried calling non-stop this morning only to be told that the line is busy and that I should leave a message - which I have done on numerous occassions to no avail...

The nunber is: 0031 10 750 3653; hopefully somebody has better luck!

I ordered ours from that site last week and received an email telling me to collect them at the circuit as it was too late to deliver.
They haven't offered to refund the 25 euros i paid for postage though! Instead that's being charged to me as a 'pick up fee'. :\
Ah well, can't wait to be there!

tickets arrived like 2 weeks ago

Mine did arrive today - but all my emails and telephone calls went unresponded to. Suggestion: steer clear of them in future!

It sounds like it's the same agency as http://www.britishgp.co.uk/ which failed to deliver tickets in time.

It's very annoying that these sites look like the official ones.
