try using imageshack , using the browse function to locate your pic,then use the upload function when its uploaded copy and paste the location code to the post,hope this helps a little bit

But was a furniture supermarkets chain that sponsored Eric Offenstadt's home made machine in the late 70's. Hervé was the only rider to achieve any success on those, and that was when the bike was fitted with a TZ engine instead of Offenstadt's home made twin - developing both a chassis and an engine was a bit too much . Hervé scored a 4th place at the 1979 350cc French GP , see the first two pics of his gallery here on Manfred's site , http://www.highsider.com/textlager/france_...er/Guilleux.htm
I guess that's the machine you're thinking of with the "forks protruding in front"
Hervé managed to keep But as a personal sponsor long after they stopped helping Offenstadt, it appears on Hervé's machines as late as 1983 on the ex-factory KR Kawasaki that he won the Spanish GP with.

Maybe our Irish members can correct me if I'm wrong but I believe that Alan holds the all-time Irish record for race wins, both pure road and short circuit?
I know that he was around for many years, dunno if he still races although one of his contemporaries, Paul Cranston, still has the occasional successful gallop, so I'm told!!
