I think #69 is Guennady Liubinski , who was team mate to Eddie Lawson in 1980 , the bike decoration seems to fit - we had a mistery pic a while ago of him and Eddie at Mettet in 1980 , at the time I had never known that Eddie had come to Europe that early . See if I can find it .

edit : just noticed on the AMA site that Eddie started the 1980 US championship with a 250 Yamaha ( won Daytona ) and later used a KR ( first win in June at Road Atlanta ) so Mettet being around march he may still have been using his TZ's .....oh well

Completet shot in the dark Fil, but I reckon its a Krauser sidecar outfit on a circuit somewhere with two geezers in blue and orange leathers .

Ted Boody was a ' pro ' racer , of all sorts , in the US , 70/80's IIRC , David

Exactly . One of the best Dirt-Track riders in his era. Not sure if he raced a lot on "pavement" ( as they say ) though...

Saw him at the Daytona 1/2 mile , 1980 , riding # 12 or 22 IIRC , then saw him on the ' pavement ' , think he raced Triumph's
