Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but I have just heard that Roger Nott passed away last week quite sudden I had seen him this year at Aintree and had some good conversations about the past and mentioned about him sliding off in the lead of the 1974 senior manx on the mountain on the last lap I am sure some will remember.
He was a nice bloke and I am sure will be remembered on the forum for his exploits on the club scene in the 70,s etc.

I was only talking to an old friend of his today he was telling that Roger had banged his leg and it caused a blood clot.

The main reason I suggested our friend Mr Rigal is that it is the only close enough name in said proggy . Also it is conceivable that they knew each other as Monaco is a home to many nations and he could just be living there.
I do remember RIGP finance but there is no mention in the prog at all

A wild Guess att Small Part ? Yes, Smartie was supported by them, think it was around'76. The pic though looks nothing like him, more like Phil Haslam but by the time I think this was taken he was gone...... Totally of the wall suggestion: Percy Tait ?
Another idea . Haircut stance etc . Was John Weeden ever sponsered by them . This must have been during his time with Wide Range and I'm sure he had one of those awful Honda Jackets

A wild Guess att Small Part ? Yes Paul Smart did, but how about Julian Soper? he bought Pauls bike off him 1977/8?, is he in the programme Phil? Its to tall for Percy. This is 1978 guys.
