I could be wrong though, wouldn't be the first time either, not by a long way!!! roflmao.gif

My understand of the Linto engine was the way the crankshafts were connected with a mechanical coupling, this was the weakest part on the engine design and used to fail on a regular basis.

Sound like a good engine concept at the time, couple two competitive singles together, but as time showed this problem stopped them being a competitive race bike, and along came faster and more reliable models and two stroke started be both faster and more affordable for many riders.

clap.gif clap.gif Correct Russ, Alan Blasdell, the rider walking is well known to us on here, the rider behind Blasdell lying underneath the Konig is Steve Goodrum.
Have one more go at the walking rider peeps, the colour of the bike lying down between the two marshals might help?wink.gif
Its of course Brands Hatch, in 1974.

Clearways, leafless tress = Easter? Match races 76 ish. Mick Grant chasing.......Extreme left, Parrish and Singleton? The guy in front of the Kawasaki has a Sheene like riding style, but appers to be on a Yam...perhaps it is him, therefore its later? Any of this accurate? I'd like to amend the Sheene bit.....not him, but dont know who. smile.gif
