Dutch TV reporting Kubica isn't at all sure at BMW. Theissen commented he is not progressing AND breaking Nick's contract would cost 7 million dollars.

Interesting, because there was an interview with Theissen on Polish tv yesterday and when asked whether Robert will stay at BMW, his answer was: "I can only tell you that since we signed Robert as a test driver back in 2005, he has fulfilled all the expectations we had of him so far" and smiled widely at the reporter.
I think he'll do everything to keep Robert in the team.

I think that may be a problem for him; he seems to require a very strong connection with the people that work with him and I dont think they'll be able to reach that level communicating in english...besides he might get a little paranoid with the German driver speaking German in the German team.

But it's still his best shot at WDC # 3

Ye, 2 wcs and 19 wins is not much better than the single win the bmw drivers share.

And what cars has Alonso driven throughout his career? Neither Kubica nor Heidfeld have ever got such great cars at their disposal as the 05/06 Renaults or last year's McLaren.
This year with a poor car Alonso doesn't look so great anymore, I'd say Trulli and Webber have performed better in the mid-field.
