It all seems to have gone very quiet.
Phil Neville was doing San Remo but that seems to have faded away and I recall someone working on a 1955 carset.
I haven't seen much in the way of new circuits lately.
Can anyone enlighten, please?

Apparently Targa Florio (the "small" 72km circuit) is close to a release in the coming weeks/months.

Lotus 79 is coming to Kaemmer's iRacing, and it is supposed to be the first of historic F1 cars.

The newest tracks for GPL are
here
. Check out Tommi´s fantastic night tracks.
As Paranoik0 said, Targa Florio will hopefully be the next big thing, followed later by the full version of IoM.

Fast Tommi? Not sure but looking at his posts I noticed that he has been involved with GP2 too...
