So when you change an engine using your joker... Are you allowed to make any other changes? Add fuel? Change the setup? How closely can they check that no change is being made to things like rear wing, suspension etc?

If you're so disillusioned with F1, why don't you guys pick another sport to watch?
'nuff with these threads already!
I bet they realized thet the weather is not what they had set the car for and decided to use this excuse and do some minor changes...and with the help of FIA as usual, there is always a blind eye with red colour.
