What do I think?

That those videos show that the Hamilton and Bourdais penalties were bogus, and that Massa got off lightly (not being shown a black flag), for his turfing Hamilton off.

It was interesting to see the reason Massa went long into the chicane was the Toyota sweeping in front of him. Hamilton was actually lining up behind him and was going to follow Massa through the corner but the door was suddenly open as Massa avoided the Toyota. Hadn't seen that footage before. Makes Massa's recollection of the incident that Hamilton pushed him off even more Bizzarre!!

They still havent provided the forward facing in-car footage. That's the one where we would really be able to judge whether SB had moved towards FM.

Overall, disappointing race for F1, Hamilton is choking big time, and Massa remains consistently unable to handle race stresses. Kimi..oh dear. How many millions do these guys get paid?

Alonso kept his head and won by default, but seriously, if Hamilton and Massa didn't screw up, he'd maybe be third. He's had two lucky races. The Renault has sped up, what other possible explanation could there be for Piquet's fourth? That car is now FAST.

Some comments have arisen about favoritism toward Ferrari this season. Two things in Japan have me convinced of this: one, the news from past races that Hamilton has been "randomly" picked for weighing at the end of Q2 two races in a row, while Ferrari has never been weighed. Second, the Bourdais penalty, and the lack of investigation of the pass on Weber. By the rules, Massa's car left the track to pass Weber. I have no doubts Hamilton would have been DQ'd if he were in Massa's place in Japan.

I think the chance of the FIA stewards deciding the outcome of this year's championship is 4/5, if you don't believe they have already made this championship fictitious.

Kimi said he was hit by Kova - but was not sure if Hamilton hit him. In fact, Hamilton locked up his tyre, which results in running wide. IF the tyres had worked, he'd have gone round the corner normally. A penalty for that is ridiculous.

Especially when all the front drivers also could not brake normally - because the tyres did not grip.

Second incident:

Massa said Hamilton forced him into the curb area which IMO is not correct.

Massa also said he had no control while on the dirt - yet he changed gears there and accelerated full bore over the curb, and aimed straight for Hamilton.

Third Incident - it appeared as if Massa did not know Bourdais was there.

Alonso, fantastic. Kubica, wonderful performance especially when under pressure. Quite simply, Massa and Hamilton both performed worse than relatively good amateurs, TBH.
How at least 1/3 of the "established" drivers continue to be awarded multi million dollar drives is quite simply beyond my comprehension... They literally do little or nothing beyond showing up and collecting a large pay packet.
