Too early yet but...
weather underground gives 20% chance of rain on race day.
Shanghai must be a hell of a large city to be covered by only one forecast. Does anyone remember where is located the circuit?
Jiading, but as you said it's early and forecast is very general at this stage.

theres a couple of sites suggesting rain is possible for raceday,but as has been said,its way too early to be certain-the situation will obviously develop over the next few days
