Still here huh?
Autosport Live: 13:57 Drops of moisture are now falling around Interlagos. Very similar to Friday's rain at this stage, extremely light and not enough to wet the circuit at this stage, but weather is continuing to turn for the worse.

I'm a Mclaren fan and I am very much looking forward to a rainy Mclaren 1-2 and Constructors Title.

Don't count you're chickens before they hatch.
Damn, I strongly prefer Massa to win the title but if we are going to have great and dramatic season finale let it rain!
The camera at Praia Grande (on the coast more or less directly south of the track) shows the highway completely wet, cars with their headlights on. Guess its just a case of which way the weather goes.

Anyone online who is going to the race? Last weather report said heavy rain in morning and showers in afternoon. Of course that's just a forecast, Lord knows meteorologists just throw darts at boards.

f1total.com predicts there is 80% chance of rain, but only 0.5 mm

Well, if its slightly wet and on normal tyres thats good for McLaren, if its slightly more wet and on inters on a drying track thats Ferrari advantage.

I'm a Ferrari fan but I'll be happy for it to be a wet start. If it's a dry race I can't see Lewis not finishing in the Top 5 but if it's wet, sure Felipe might not go well or Hamilton might shine but I think there's more chance of Lewis not finishing in the Top, than if it's dry - even if ever so slightly.

I'd tend to agree that a wet race might bizarrely favour Massa - Hamilton will find it very difficult to drive for points in the wet and aquaplaning is always an issue at Interlagos. In fact I suspect Hamilton will find it very difficult to drive for points full stop. The great racers rely on instinct. Who can forget MS labouring to eighth in one of his worst ever drives? These guys just have to go with the flow.
Spanish TV just said the race will start in wet conditions, probably for extreme wet tyres.

Wow. Then Lewis will win the race, hands down. He's been untouchable in the wet this season.

Perfect conditions for me - Race starts on inters and dries out midway, then as people are thrown the question on whether or not to move to dry tyres, it starts raining again.
That would be chaotic.

no pics from rtl at the moment, they are going through this years gp's, please no rain

If there's crazy weather, Lewis should just do exactly what Massa does with strategy. No need to take silly gambles, just cover Ferrari and he should be fine.

Remember 2003? Giancarlo Fisichella? Schumacher and half the field crashing?
Could be a crazy old race.

The split was about 50-50 between Michelin and BS, it had little to do with the tyre and more to do with the random rivers.

Also the drainage was bad were everyone was going off, there was bascially a river there, and you have aquaplaning, which is luck of the gods in how your car skims over that.
I think they've improved the drainage since then.

Well the thing was that Michelin actually brought a real wet weather tyre where on the other hand Bridgestone brought along a intermediat so no surprise why the Bridgestone drivers were struggeling so bad and why Fisico caught back Kimi in the end when it became pretty dry.

Thats not true.
The Michelin was just an Intermediate as well.
...it was only misleading to some people, cause Michelins Intermediate looked more like a wet tyre, while BS' was more obvious different.
