Vettel & Bourdais impressive again.
Hamilton seems to have something in hand, or knows the limit of the car, only 1 flying lap in each session.

Now the speculation starts - The great fuel debate.
The crowd is awesome.
Lewis is obviously carrying around fuel for about 4-5 more laps than Massa.

Please Trulli do your "train" tomorrow!
Francesc
Nov 1 2008, 17:04
Amazing Jarno, watch out for him tomorrow at the start, Toyota always get an amazing starts
Felipe on pole, but how light is he?
Will the Trulli train derail Lewis' title hope?
Will Heikki get some sleep tonight or is he afraid that there might be a collision with Lewis on the grid tomorrow?

Good Qualy.
Think Massa is light but Trulli can create his famous train to help him out tomrrow.
Crowd is awesome to.

Wow, maybe the title fight is not yet decided, after all...
Congrats Massa!

wasn't it in Spa that he had that stellar start?
Well those are the ingredients for a 200+ bpm hart rate race for me.
Massa is obviously considerably lighter than Lewis, but he has his teammate to back him up.
If Trulli jumps Massa it could be all over for Felipe.
When will Massa stop?
Can Trulli jump Massa as the start?
What role will Raikkonen play?
Will Lewis keep his cool?
Can Heikki fend of Alonso?
Questions, questions, questions..

Yeah but bit of a flase hope really. Lewis has to cruise and collect, and then there's the fuel load mystery.

Well done felipe!!!! Fantastic display. Hammy, guess whos right behind ya tomorrow??
More important is the weather tomorrow?
Could be total carnage.

The infield is impossible to overtake. I hope Kimi can lower the revs in the infield and bunch up the field. It will make those behind try to overtake Lewis.

Yes, and Singapore as well, with a car on a 1 pit stop strategy he gained 3 places or so at the start
Nice Q3, many surprises there

. I belive Alonso is the key tomorrow, if Heikki can't hold Alonso, Alonso will push Hamilton like hell (if the R28 is in condition to do that).

I guess it's needed when you always start so far back.
I guess Hamiltons got some worries, Kimi in front of him and Alonso directly behind him behind and Vettel within striking distance too, Not his ideal situation I'm sure. I wonder what Heikki will be told to do - drop in behind Hammo if he can?
Gawwwd I hope it rains.

not the best qual for us mclaren fans, fourth and fifth, but then again, massa is without doubt a lot lighter and we dont need to win. But this track has nice trackrecord with lots of first corner incidents and thats what worries me the most.
Ferrari risked it all and got pole, nice job.
And the audience

they are unbeliveable.
Oh and glad to see that kova is between hami and whiner alonso
ohh and no problem with the trulli train, the toyota top speeds are 300 the mclaren and ferrari 308-310, trulli can do nothing
Tomorrow, it is surely going to rain, so there may be no train after all. I'd love to see Trulli get past Massa.

Smedley said regular fuel for Felipe. Not so sure about that.
volvo Death Spell
Nov 1 2008, 17:15
Apparently Massa has a 'normal' fuel load. I don't know why Mark Blundell was taking it for granted that Ferrari were light.
The start and first corner are going to be very nerve wrecking tomorrow.

Nov 1 2008, 17:17
Well when everyone had the same fuel in Q1/Q2 and they were matched. You don't magically find .5 a second.
I'll call it a 2-3 lap advantage for Hamilton.
