Anyone know how would the numbering be? Is it based on WDC or WCC?

Hamilton will be 1, and Kovalainen 2. Otherwise, the order will be as according to the WCC, I believe.

number 1 goes to the WDC and 2 to his team mate,
rest are done by WCC

So is this correct?:
Mclaren 1-2
Ferrari 3-4
BMW 5-6
Renault 7-8
Toyota 9-10
Torro Rosso 11-12
Red Bull 13-14
Williams 15-16
Honda 17-18
Force India 19-20
I can't believe that Honda is now the second last team on the grid.

Close, but the #13 is not used, so:
Red Bull 14-15
Williams 16-17
Honda 18-19
Force India 20-21

Red Bull should take the 13 and exploit it, if there's any sponsor willing to take it on it should be them. Can't see why it should be ignored.
It is a pretty apt number for Webber..

Toro-Rosso is going to have lower numbers than Red Bull. That is quite the laugh, in my opinion.
