Every time I get in Autosports homepage, the VIDEO tab slows down the whole page. It happens when loading the playlist. I am more interested in having the GP tab (showing timetables) every time. Is there any way to do so?

I thought that it was my computer acting up!!! Glad to know that someone else is having this problem too.

Yeah it needs changing, really slowing the main site down when browsing as it keeps waiting for the lag in the TV box.

Yea i get that too, i look forward to the GP's so that the GP tab is up and the site loads 10 x faster

Point noted. We'll get that sorted before the TV player is next the default option.

Thank you, I've noted that now the default tab is Magazine. As for me, it's fine.

It looks like the mag will be the default.

Thanks to the website team for changing this! I hope this becomes a permanent change. It was very annoying to have the main page freeze for about 5-10 seconds while the video playlist loaded.

I tried making a "My Autosport" page that had the same content as the main page but without the video player - but I could never get it quite the same.

Well, it looks like the *%$#ing video playlist is back as the default setting this weekend. Seriously, can this be turned off? I just timed it - everytime I reload the main page (like flipping back and forth between stories from the main page) there's a five second delay after the page loads but while the playlist loads. During this time, I can't scroll the page or do anything. This is really annoying!

I'm running the latest Firefox3 on WinXP.

Guys you changed it so that the magazine was the default now you put the TV back as the default and the page is hanging again...Why change it back if you haven't fixed it?!!!
