I had a horrible experience getting to Silverstone Friday that I do not want to repeat tomorrow. I skipped out on today because I didn't want to deal with the traffic for an hours worth of qualifying that I got a better view of on T.V.

I'm in London, what are my options, besides taxis who seem to be out to make a windfall? Can I bus it right to the curcuit? Can I get there from Northampton or Milton Keynes? I was stuck in Towcester after Fridays event, so I know how I can get that far, but it isn't far enough.

Can anyone give a young Canuck a lift?!

This is my first G.P. and first time in England, and I have found this all to be very stressful and difficult.

Sorry to see no one has replied to this-guess it is too late now but there used to be a bus shuttle from Northampton station-but I last went in the 80s.
