When I view a thread now instead of all the posts coming up like they did yesterday, now I'm getting each post as a link underneath the post I'm currently reading.
How do I change it back?

Click on Options on the RH side, you can change the view there.

Same thing happened here a few weeks back, seems to happen once in a while.
As mentioned, click on 'Options' on the right side of the thread.

I simply can't put up with forums with that set up.

I just had this same problem. I was searching for this option and I really didnt see the Options Box
