He should put it somewhere that the sun never shines. But does this apply to Senor Alonso?
Seriously, he should just keep it and ignore the mutterings. They will disappear soon enough.
Mario Andretti used to say that luck evens out over a season. I guess the same applies to "unworthy" wins. There may well have been wins that Alonso deserved but were actually won by others through cheating of some kind. You can never tell unless someone like Piquet comes forward.
But considering the flak Piquet gets from so-called fans and F1 insiders, its hardly encouragement for others to come forward....

If it's tainted it needs a clean. here's some cleaning tips I found on the interwebs.
QUOTE
MAKE YOUR OWN SILVER DIP
When silver oxidizes, it tarnishes. Tarnish dips work to repair and remove tarnish from quality silver. Most commercial dips are used when heavy, dark colored tarnish cannot be removed with traditional pastes or polishes. Chemical dips are wiped on silver with cotton balls and specialized applicators, and then submerged in a chemical make up of acid and a complexing agent. You can make your own chemical dip by following these instructions:
1. Fill sink full of steaming hot water.
2. Mix 2-tablespoons salt and 2-tablespoons baking soda in bowl.
3. Add mixture to sink of hot water.
4. Cut a small sheet of aluminum foil and push it to the bottom of sink.
5. Dip silver items. Most tarnish will slide off. For stubborn stains, allow them to sit for up to 5-minutes at a time.
6. Rinse well.
7. Dry.
8. Store properly.
Interesting that they found a use for all the aluminium foil hats that people were wearing before crashgate was discovered to be true.

"unworthy wins" like this will even out during the season? God! Jesus! How stupid can one be? Erm, sorry, just give us few examples of as ruthless rule-breaking tactics from other teams in order to win one race (not WDC/WCC) and I will then agree with you.

You are just diffamating. Why he would be happy of it? And how is that he did not react when in fact he did? The only thing Alonso did not is accepting the fake statements from the British press. When there have been trully racist slurs against anyone, he has talked, as those who opened a web site against Hamilton.

his car and everything touching it were 100% legal. his win is as leagal as nico's 2nd place.
nothing ilegal on it, nothing ilegal in the procedures running it, nothing ilegal in driving it.
the fact somebody else caused a crash and he benefited from it does and should not affect alonso. strip the team's points, whatever, but the win is his.

If at Brazil last year Hamilton had crashed out at the start and then Heikki, whilst being lapped on the last lap by Massa in a clear first place, had punted out Massa following a radio conversation in which the team said "Heikki, Massa about to pass you, punt him out and we will give you $5m" would you have felt a Hamilton WDC was legal?

Why would you say such a silly thing? What has Raikkonen to do with this topic? Besides - he had the most wins and would have won in any points system that has ever been used in F1. No one deserved it more than him with his stellar performance in the second part of the season.
If a championship should be questioned in this topic it should be Hamiltons which is from the year in question here. If this cheating had not happened, one could argue that the pit stop wouldnt have been as stressed and the fuel hose thing would have been avoided and Massa gone on to win the race and eventually the championship. Instead Hamilton won it with less wins than Massa. I mean - since you brought up the whole undeserved thing yourself.
