Does this mean that all activity cars and bikes is off at this circuit and it is in effect closed, as the article only mentions cars.

Hi Arthur,
I've just read elsewhere that the closure has been called off pending 'further legal discussions'.It would a tragedy to lose IMHO the best circuit in the world.
