5 Kubica
6 Rosberg
7 Webber
8 Massa
9 Heidfeld
10 Barrichello
Reasons...kimi on top because i think itd be stupid to judge his recent performances without taking the nogrip-us ferraris into equation
vettel, lewis above alonso because im a fan of raw pace and i believe they will further iprove in coming years.
id rate massa lower because i believe he maximized that car with his us style..i cant think of one team other than ferrari where he'd achieve that.similarly i cant think of one top team thatd jump forth and sign him if ferrari made him available right now(even if that accident hadnt happened)
out of the newcomers,id rate grosjean highly because he was pretty much there on pace with alonso during the first few weekends.

Hamilton was impressive in his debut year and I think he is even better now. But t here is so little between them that if Hamilton (1) and Button (10) would go head to head 10 races in equal cars, the result would be maybe 7-3 in Hamiltons favor.

I dont believe in these conventional rankings as there is no discernible difference between most of the drivers on the grid. On different days and tracks they all beat each other regularily and are evenly matched in speed and on average no better than each other. Rankings are just to create some talking points and sell magazines.
I believe in levels or tiers though and I think they are much more accurate ranking system.
Tier 1 - Alonso, Hamilton.
Tier 2 - The rest.
Tier 3- Nakajima

I'd say that RB does make way too many mistakes. Especially at the beginning of the seasons.
At the rate the things are progressing. Button makes the biggest mistake by thinking that a series of 8s will win him the championship.

Last year people were defending Button because people were putting him down at the bottom of their lists. He's a very good driver but so are more then half the grid. I wouldn't say he has ever shown signs of brilliance but he's the match of drivers like Webber and Kubica who would both be worthy champions.
