From MTV3:

- I hope we have a Finnish speaker in the team next year. We are in close relations with two Finnish drivers at the moment. Let's see, Whitmarsh says to MTV3.

Is it relations or negotiations?

That exact ' i couldnt be bothered' zero passion attitude is one of the main reasons he got fired from Ferrari. Nothing to boast about. Just shows his lack of commitment and passion as a person.

That's it true, it's much better to have Massa whine about Alonso blocking him at Monza qualifying so that Alonso gets a grid penalty. That's pure committment.

Seriously, why isn't this idiot banned already? I feel like quoting Kimi myself, I feel like not having any energy when reading stuff like that. The level on this board is just incredible nowadays.

This thread is about "Kimi in 2010".

In reality it should be labeled "Kimi in 2010 (Kimi fanboys only).." otherwise any comment that is discussed which contradicts something that is perceived by his fans, as in this case Peter Sauber commenting that Massa was faster than Kimi when they first tested, is refuted with nonsense like for example calling the source BS or attacking the poster..

I know, that is why finishing higher in the championship is the most important thing. Kimi did that in 2007 after that Massa came on top.

Indeed, Kimi got better results in the Championship. I would like you to go and ask Felipe Massa does he feel he beat Kimi over the period of 2007 & 2008. I would like to see a video of it posted on youtube, thanks.

By the way, Kimi said nothing about "energy". The translation somewhere here at this forum is inaccurate.

I didn't like that "– I don't have the energy to argue with anyone. It leads nowhere." That wasn't "iceman" that was more of someone who is tired of F1.

That's why, earlier in the thread, I whined about the translation. He only said he's not interested in arguing about stuff like that because it's not going to change anything - which, incidentally, is what he's been saying for the past nine years.

Or someone who recognises the futility of fretting over/discussing something that cannot be changed, whilst Trulli in the PC with his photographs may have been entertaining to some, it doesn't look to have changed anything positively, least of all, peoples perceptions of Trulli.

Finnish-speaking friends, please translate this:

Räikkösen manageri Steve Robertson vahvistaa oman suojattinsa McLaren-neuvottelut.

Asia ratkaistaan kahden seuraavan viikon aikana, Robertson sanoo MTV3:lle.

The point is some here do a lot of work to prove Massa beat Kimi over the period of 2007 & 2008. Go and ask Felipe Massa directly - I would like to hear his answer to that. It would be pretty amazing if he thinks he beat Kimi. But then again he has quite an ego for such a small man so he could think he did beat Kimi.

1 < 2
3 < 4

Guess who has the smaller (better) numbers? Kimi. Of course you knew that already. It's quite simple logic, really. The one with the better results in the WDC is the one who has to be seen as the winner, if you want to find out a winner.

Of course, if this doesn't please you, then you can invent new Championships, like the most points over 2 years et cetera. It's just too bad they are not recognised by the official authority of F1, the FIA.

About the stable part. Kimi does have more stable performances. He is a more stable person as far as what he and Felipe show to the outside goes. And he also is more stable in the race tracks when driving a F1 car. This is a very firm opinion and you will be hard-pressed to convince a lot of people it isn't true.

First sentence - totaly failure. It's about 2008 and 2009-til-Hungary. Go and check the point scores.
Anssi
Guess what it doesn't change my point - they are racing in a Championship and I consider the Championship results what determine who "won". Felipe won in 2008 but overall Kimi wins as he has better results. This year isn't fair as Felipe isn't racing to the end as we all know.

Or do you want to have some new Championships? Perhaps propose to the FIA that there must be this "2008 and 2009-til-Hungary" Championship! And hey, woah, nice way to leave out 2007 from that smile.gif

A lot of other people also considered the same, I've seen people post about the points they got in total over the period of 2007 & 2008 many times. It's weird twisted shit to use that to prove Massa beat Kimi. That's why I say go and ask Felipe does he feel he beat Kimi - if he is sensible he will say "no".
mursuka80

Agree, I think that all the BS that Kimi likes to stay away from is passed down to his fans.. - of course, I can't generalize because there are a few folks that have a very cool sense of humor and don't patronize the nonsense (Anssi I am looking at you) that gets written here.

Seriously, Kimi has one Gold and one Bronze. Felipe has one Silver. Now tell me with a straight face it's Felipe who was in fact better? Quite a way to be better and collect less trophies at the FIA gala in Monaco.

It's not a draw, the one is a Champion and the other one is not. Felipe has collected less trophies at the end of the season in the FIA gala - that should tell any sensible person it is not a draw, especially when the guy with more trophies is a Champion.

I am very sorry - I thought people would understand that a team in the beginning of a season is very likely to say that this year and this years drivers will be better than the one that got away. No matter what driver or team. Massa has been getting his act together and improved a lot. No question about that. You can actually think so and at the same time think that Kimi is a very good driver.

Having just heard the original statement in English, it's actually "things".

Paraphrased: "I hope we'll have a Finnish talker in the team next year. Or two! Haha. Things are close with two Finnish drivers at the moment. But we'll see."

Then he said they'll sit down with Heikki after the race but in the meanwhile he can totally win the Abu Dhabi GP and yada yada... which didn't exactly create the impression that they've spent the past few weeks ironing out the details of Heikki's contract extension.

I guess you deserve huge compiment, after all. Since there are so many Kimi fanboys in the internet, somebody must participate every Kimi thread out there, to show them the Truth.
