Sector 3: Hockenheim
Atmosphere: Sau Paulo
Weather: Spa
Start Time (in your time zone): 19.00

Sector 1: Le Mans Sarthe from Dunlop Curve to Indianapolis Corner, no chicanes on the Mulsanne
Sector 2 (to be exasperating to the drivers): Monaco or Pau
Sector 3: Silverstone S1
Atmosphere: Le Mans
Weather: Silverstone
Start time: 00:00, minimal night lighting. So this is a track where you need HEADLIGHTS.
And don't knock me for not mentioning Spa, this popped into my head as I read the topic.
1985 Silverstone.

Sector 1: Interlagos
Sector 2: Suzuka
Sector 3: Valencia
Atmosphere: Monza
Weather: Spa
Start Time (in your time zone): 03.00 (There's something great about early morning F1 races; either the comedown from the pre-race saturday night, or a free TV guranteed, or maybe just feeling that you're being totally hardcore)

I know there are better tracks, Spa, Monza, etc.
But my personal favorite is the Melbourne Grand Prix Circuit at Albert Park.

Actually that would be a great addition to the calendar; a nice high-speed challenge to replace the void left since Hockenheim's murder. Turn 10 would provide some great overtaking, and also at turn 1 with the run off turn 13.
I miss Indy actually; that was a nice simple track that led to great racing, and had a lot of history too. It was certianly the best new track of the 2000s.

Sector 1: Old Spa: L'eau Rouge, Radillon, Kemmel, Les Combes, Haut de la Cote, Burnenville, Malmedy, Masta Kink.
Sector 2: Nurburgring North Loop: Quiddelbach Height, Flight Place, Foxhole, Mountain Work, Courage Curve, Carousel, High Lookout, Seesaw Man, Little Carousel.
Sector 3: Brands Hatch: Westfield Bend, Dingle Dell, Dingle Dell Corner, Stirling's Bend, Clearways, Clark Corner, Brabham Straight.
Atmosphere: Silverstone, knowledgable, appreciative, partisan but not "Kill the Infidel!"
Weather: typical Eiffel Mountain: intermittent light rain, barely acceptable fog
Start time: 0900 hours. Time for breakfast but no day-long agonizing countdown to green.

Non-F1 tracks are fair game, then?
I want the last corner, main straight and first corner of Mugello, followed up by the start line to the first hard right of Vallelunga, and then just drop off the edge of a mountain, and Eau Rouge it back up to the beginning.

Though I like alg7_munif's suggestion, too...

Sector 2 : Monza through the Lesmos and Ascari
Sector 3 : Indy around the oval
Atmosphere : Imola
Weather : Monaco
Start Time : 7:30 (I'm an early riser)
