Sorry, I'm not being very helpful; I just liked the picture and was trying to identify the books and magazines.

There are two copies of the Mike Costin book on ebay at the moment. One is for sale at £182, one ( with no jacket) for much less; the auction price begins at £30, or 'Buy it Now' at £50.
