It will be the beginning of Ferrari-Alonso dominance.

Other Predictions:
- No British Grand Prix, but Donington finally secures funding and gets the race in 2011
- Despite winning the championship, Massa is ousted from Ferrari for Sebastian Vettel. The world press lashes against Ferrari.
- Shanghai, Istanbul and Malaysia all drop out of hosting a GP after 2010.
- With Casino backing, Las Vegas gets a race in 2011, the first Night to Dawn Race. Fans moan at pointless gimmick.
- Bernie Ecclestone says something so unforgiving, the CVC call for his dismissal. His replacement is just as greedy.
- Valencia will be boring... again.
- Ford buys USF1, marking the first American manufacturer team.
- Prodrive buys remains of Renault F1 for 2011 season.
- Toro Rosso is sold after being horribly uncompetitive.
- Todt becomes a surprisingly neutral FIA president.
Can't hapen, Bernie owns a "golden share" that means that he can't be dismissed so only place he will leave F1 is in a coffin

World Drivers' Championship top-10
1. Hamilton - cruising to relatively easy title with the best car
2. Alonso - has a good season but can't challenge in the end
3. Massa - narrowly beaten by Alonso
4. Vettel - RBR is not quite there with Macca & Ferrari
5. Button - destroyed by team mate
6. Schumacher - Mercedes is no championship contender
7. Rosberg
8. Webber
9. Barrichello
10. Heidfeld (if at Sauber-Ferrari) / Hülkenberg
World Constructors' Championship top-5

4. Mercedes
5. Williams-Cosworth

2. Alonso
3. Button
Constructors
1. McLaren
2. Ferrari
3. Mercedes
1, Fernando Alonso (best driver out there, and Ferrari doesn't make shit cars two years in a row).
2, Lewis Hamilton (throws away some wins, looks unbeatable at times, but loses it in the end).
3, Felipe Massa (a three-horse race unfolds, but Massa gets his customary misfortune and has to play second fiddle at the final round).
4, Sebastian Vettel (Red Bull looks in better shape than Mercedes, but development will trail off in the end).
5, Michael Schumacher (will beat Rosberg slightly, but the MGP squad was awful prior to 2009).
6, Jenson Button (he's no superstar IMO, and will struggle to match Lewis, starting to commit mistakes in desperation).
7, Nico Rosberg (close to MS, but lacks the final push to beat him).
8, Mark Webber (the way he threw away last year, he won't feature unless the car's dominant).
9, Nick Heidfeld (I suppose he'll stick on at Sauber, and with initial BMW resources, they'll be on the pace).
10, Nico Hülkenberg (will scare the sh*t of Rubens, but Williams isn't a top team anymore).

Well, I see that MS has set a cat amongst the pigeons...
I'm also surprised by the number of people who think that Lewis/McLaren will dominate - while I don't think that they'll fall off the radar, I do think that they're in an unenviable position viz; there engines...
My guess? (and a guess is all it is lacking any real information about next year's cars....)
1) Alonso - if the car is good, I think FA is hungry enough and anxious to set the controversies of the past couple of years behind him. I suspect that Ferrari life will suit him.
2) Vettel - I think this guy is only going to get better - but what will his car be like next year? If it's strong, expect him to compete for the WDC from the start.
3) Massa - If the Ferrari is strong, Massa will be back in the groove quickly.
4) Schumacher - Can he win the WDC? He could... but a lot will depend upon the immediate competitiveness of his car. This guess could put him lower than he deserves.
5) Hamilton - Not so much a reflection on Hamilton; I just can't help but think that McLaren are on the start of a bit of a slide...
6) Rosberg - This season with Schumacher could be the making or ruining of him - I suspect the former.
7) Button - may wish he'd stayed at Brawn/mercedes.
8) Webber - I like the guy, I just have no confidence in him.
Beyond that? No idea.
